I have a very simple stir-fry sauce to share with you all. You can use this for any kind of stir-fry really, but I like to use it for vegetable stir-fry. You can use any kind of vegetables or even just one kind of vegetable. For the one I made today, I just used baby corn because I really like baby corn, even by itself... =)
Either way, it will be a yummy side dish to have with rice or anything of the sort...
INGREDIENTS:
Vegetables (meat or seafood is optional)
Sugar
Vegetable oil
Sesame oil
Salt and pepper
The reason why this recipe is so simple and easy is because everything you add is done by "eye." I don't use exact measurements because I just do everything by taste and flavor.
1) COOK GARLIC:
4) ADD about a TEASPOON - TABLESPOON of SUGAR
5) SALT AND PEPPER AND SESAME OIL for the finishing touch
**Make sure you are tasting the stir-fry as you go so you know how much of the condiments you need to add.
Hope you enjoy this simple sauce!
Until next time,
Bri
